The glass front door preserves traces of the original house. Its beveled clear glass, sparkling and accented with touches of color, remains elegant and intentionally understated, consistent with the period.

TVery quickly, the success of the shop changed how the space was used. Retail gradually overtook the home and workshop, absorbing them into commercial activity. The domestic space was filled with racks and display stands, installed out of necessity rather than planning.

Today, this narrative is less obvious, but the fragmented layout into separate rooms remains and avoids a department store effect.

Some traces still remain. Certain decorative elements rely on authentic pieces, such as in the main area, where the wooden display cases come from real old American stores, purchased at auction and adapted for contemporary use.
